Communication from when we accepted the quote could of been better, as if I hadn't followed up when I did, there was a chance our shift wouldn't of gone ahead on the date we requested

From the initial contact right through to pickup and delivery was excellent. Communication was excellent. All dealings with everyone concerned was awesome - all polite and willing to answer any questions we had. Made our whole shifting to Auckland process so much easier. Absolutely would use again and recommend your services.

Some breakages but not because of any negligence on your part.....accidents do happen.
One of your staff would not listen to client instruction on occasions and he was loud and opinionated but nonetheless was a great worker. All other employees of yours were outstanding.

Very professional and efficient service
Very professional and efficient service. Truck was on time, in fact early, which suited me. The two men were friendly, quick and had a good system to pack the truck. Unfortunately coffee table suffered small damage. The men were gutted as took a pride in their work. I'm wondering if Conroy might assist with repair?

A pleasure to deal with
It was all a relatively smooth process, despite the uncertainties (on our side) at the beginning. We appreciated the extra effort the guys had to put in due to the resourcing issues. They were very polite and obliging. They were a pleasure to deal with.
Cannot praise your services enough
Cannot praise your services enough. From first contact to last have been treated extremely well. Phone contact always fast and informative as well as respectful and helpful. Truck driver and helpers were amazing, courteous and experienced. Thank you all so much for making such a stressful time far more relaxed and enjoyable than I ever thought it could be. Will definitely be recommending your company to others.
