Great Service
Thank you for the great services, you kept us updated with our shipping order through NZ customs and delivery to your storage center. We received emails and texts on time and day of delivery to our home. The 2 guys that delivered our order were great I will highly recommend your company to others and use your services again.
Fantastic
A huge thanks to Tim, Mike and Drew for all the help with our move on Friday. This was a hard move with multiple storeys and stairwells to deal with, they went above and beyond and worked hard all day but still managed to have some fun along the way. Once they had moved us they had another move for our kids and again worked hard and did a fantastic job. Please pass on our sincere thanks to Tim, Mike and Drew they are a credit to your business.

From beginning to end the service was excellent! Starting with the assessment with Luke - such a personable and friendly man! Then with a two house pick-up in Wellington to a tricky driveway delivery in Tauranga - nothing was too hard! The packing team in Wellington were fantastic, Mike was Mr Tetris Extrodinaire the way he packed the truck from the two locations and then unpacked it at the other end, and then the unloading team were fantastic too - brilliant is all we can say! There was one very minor mishap which they owned up to and we have managed to fix it without any drama. Thanks Conroy - we'll definitely recommend you to anyone looking for a removal company!

The time line for the move went from 4 weeks to nearly eight weeks. If I was paying for a motel at my destination it would have cost a fortune. I can appreciate issues happen with international transport but the status of the delay was not relayed to me. The people on the ground were excelent at both ends but the status of the delay was not well managed.
Russel, Johnny and their Team were exceptional in the pre-pack, transport and unloading at the destination.
They were very professional, there were no breakages,and very polite,and worked as a team.
We were very impressed and would recommend Conroy Removals to any friends or family.
