I was impressed by the attitude of those involved in the removal, the excellence of the packing, the care in handling furniture and the readiness to place it in suggested positions in new site. The total experience from Estimate, through Quote and Commuications from office on progressive stages made the move uncomplicated and very satisfying. Thank you for your proficiency and personal friendliness and care.

I felt very confident with the management of my move. My furniture was handled carefully and your staff communicated with me throughout the process. It was special to receive a text after the delivery, since I was unable to be present, to inform me of 'task completed'. Thank you all so much.

The service out of NZ was fantastic, but I am very disappointed that it hasnt been delivered as yet and that I am having to chase the operations department in Sydney to get a delivery date.

Responsive communication, prompt quote, easy to deal with, friendly trustworthy crew who follow through on what they say. Some cross communication about truck arrival times, which worked out in the end, but didn't need the additional stress on the day as there's already a lot to think about.

A broken lamp stand and a damaged picture spoiled my overall experience. Not valuable enough to claim on insurance but with better packaging and handling the damage could have been avoided

Hi, Sorry for delay in completing this - My computer has been out of action and so have I. I did phone Penny to tell her how impressed I was with your performance and how great all your staff were. I was not at all well on shifting day and everyone did a great job in making it easier for me. My daughter-in-law also felt they went that extra mile.

Friendly team, on-time and efficient. The only problem I had was finding your office because you are not on any maps I have including my iPhone (perhaps this should be pointed out on the website).
