Delivery Truck Arrived Early
I was advised that the delivery would be at 2:30 and arranged time off for that timeslot.vI was called at about 12 saying that the truck had arrived to offload, hence i was unable to be there and tick off the inventory. When i arrived home everything was offloaded with my son having to fill in for me.
The archway has been chipped as they bumped it with something, the top of my dining table had the screws protruding as the top lifted without being dismantled. My office chair lost a wheel.My antique Imbuia halfmoon table is scratched. The brand new cover for my BBQ is torn. I have not finished unpacking everything but by the looks of things I am going to find other negatives as i slowly unpack.

"Very polite and helpful"
Unfortunately we were told that due to staff who had to be on site to organise truck movements and Gate keepers within Auckland, the delay of the truck/s to arrive at both destinations was put back 2-3 hours which was a shame. Fortunately the weather was fine and the boys both ends worked very well, in fact they were excellent and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone. Very polite and helpful which was was appreciated due to the size and destination of our move.

I would like to speak to management about my experience with the two men who undertook my removal: Robin and Michael. I was appalled at the way Michael spoke to Robin and the things he said to him. At first I thought it was a joke, and I tried to lighten up the conversation, but over the 2 days I witnessed what I can only describe as bullying and demeaning behaviour by one employee towards another. In the end I spent as little time as I could at my house because I felt so uncomfortable. I was going to email management to lay a formal complaint, and I hope my concerns can be picked up and acted on through this feedback process. Thank you.

Super fast and efficient team of guys. So respectful and friendly. I found the contact from the office with confirmation of time and payment very reassuring. Highly recommend.

"organisation and professional packers"
We were very happy with the professional way our move was handled from care in packing to the driver who was excellent to work with and careful in the packing and obviously the driving of the truck. We only had one damaged item in the trip from christchurch to wanaka which we think is very good out of a whole house lot. We have had several shifts before and using Conroys has been the best by far of any removal companies from price, organisation and professional packers instead of some random who has been brought in for the day which has happened to us before from another company.

Unfortunately the first lot in a 40ft container with our car suffered some damage. When the container arrived in Dunedin the container had already been damaged. It had a hole in it and some of the contents were also damaged, some broken items and some water damaged. It should have been photographed immediately and also the contents upon opening the container. This would have made an insurance claim much easier! Otherwisw, all the staff we dealt with were very friendly and helpful. The excess which came in a shared container was all OK Because of the first shipment damage I am reluctant to recommend your services.
Absolutely brillaint service from start to finish!! Nathan in Napier was in contact imediately before and after looking at my furniture to give me a quote and forwarded my details onto the right person to sort delivery really quickly. great friendly service there. They had doubled packed some of my bits and peices for safe shipping - not something I had expected but appreciated. On delivery the three men who came were absolutly lovely, friendly and positive - at the same time being totally professional. My partner and I were extremley impressed with their service and manner and would like this to be fedback if possible. All round a great service and really reasonable pricing for such a good service. I will, and have, recommended Conroys to everyone I know. Keep up the great servcie :-)
