"fast, efficient and very accommodating"

The packers left two drawers and a cupboard and we only noticed at the last minute.
The shifters were warned many times about the narrow stairs and agreed to move the bigger pieces out the window (as discussed with Derek and put into the quote). We paid extra to have two additional people to help with lowering things down from the upstairs window. However, they disregarded instructions, carried most things down the stairs (despite repeated warnings) and left two large marks on the wallpaper, as well as a hole in the wall. THey then tried to cover this up with tape and failed to notify me/admit it had happened. I found this unacceptable.
Derek has agreed that the hole/marks will be fixed, but for us it was disappointing to have this obvious damage when I had spent so much time cleaning the house and making sure it looked nice for the new owners.

Fantastic Service
Overall customer service was great, from quoting to packing and delivery. My only concern was the type and placement of labels on items of furniture. These aren’t easy to remove by hand and require product to remove the residual label. Otherwise a fantastic service

Great Experience at Pick Up
We had a great experience with the pickup process although we were quoted 4-5 weeks transit time and it’s been 6 and we still haven’t received it. We paid to ship a 20 foot container to garauntee faster delivery.
The 3 gentleman who moved me were awesome....fast, efficient and very accommodating. They deserve a bonus!!
