Very satisfied overall. Both the packing / pickup team and the delivery team were great to work with, were considerate and polite.  We felt that John and his team who delivered our goods went out of their way to ensure that our requirements were met. Great customer service and interaction. In spite of having our goods in store for an extended period they arrived at our new house in good condition. Not the first time we have used Conroy,s services and certainly will not be the last.

This is the second time we have used your services and on both occasions we have had outstanding service and wonderful, polite, consciencious young men working so hard to make our move go smoothly.  Well done everyone.  We will definitely use you again should it be necessary.

The removal team were on time, cheerful and uncomplaining when the vehicle couldn't get fully up the drive.  Unpacking went smoothly with no issues.    A superb, efficient job well done. The service was greatly appreciated by my husband and me.  Penny at reception was most helpful when we had a slight change of date.

I certainly would never ever use your company again, it was a total joke! A very expensive one at that! The removers decided ON THE DAY that they didn't have enough room to take all my stuff, I had to leave over a $1000 worth of my belongings which I have no way of recovering!!! I am more than disappointed with your service, and would appreciate a phone call to discuss the apalling service I was given!

Just a quick note to say a big thank you to Taupea and the team for arranging our move from Auckland to Wellington. The team have been superb from quoting to acceptance, uplifting and delivery. 

As you are aware, it was recommended to us that we use Conroy’s and understandably so. We have no hesitation in recommending Conroy’s to friends and family.

We had to make two trips andI thought that a larger truck would have helped - having said that I am not sure if a big truck wou;d have fitted up the frive of the new house!!!

Overall happy with the move , good guys to work with
