Overall we were dissapointed with the service provided this time. We have used Conroys before and had a much better experience so are not prepared to dismiss using your services again in the future. Our issues this time revolve around mising items, damage and not living up to the commitments made at time of pricing.

The moving team in Christchurch did not inventory at least half of my belongings. I was lucky that the team in Tauranga who unloaded the container recalled these items when I described them. Boxes were inventoried but almost none of the furniture which didn't seem particulary professional.

Every person that I had communication with when organising this move made this experience so easy. It was a short notice move and Conroy were able to accommodate me within a couple of days and did all they could to help me. It was a tricky and stressful situation and the two movers were professional throughout and made the entire experience easier to deal with. I was incredibly impressed and grateful to have this. I will be using Conroy when I move again and will be spreading good things about them. Great communication and support throughout. Extremely thankful.
The team and Conroy have been fantastic and made our move as painfree and easy as possible. The team who came to collect and pack our furniture were extremely efficent and professional. Everything arrived in perfect condition to our destination and the team had it unpacked in no time.
