Good communication through the entire process and a rather hassle free move.
I packed my stuff myself and a few things came out broken, but thats on me more than anything. TV's were well packed by Conroys. The bed had one thin layer of plastic put over it by Conroys and managed to get a few marks on one of the ends, I would of liked this packed a bit better.
The shipping of furniture was one of the easier things to organise in the move, so a few things broken is not the end of the world.

The guys who moved my belongings were excellent, I was amazed at how they packed everything into the van, they were very thoughtful and considerate, as they moved my furniture they were extremely careful not to bump into anything else, whether it be the walls or doors or other items around the house. They wrapped beds/sofas/chairs in huge plastic bags and wrapped things in blankets in the van. I can't praise those guys enough, Many Thanks

Very good service all round.
The new house is a back section up a shared drive with grass verges on either side. The large lorry churned up parts of the grass because it was a very wet, rainy day and the shared drive was narrow with a right-angled bend. We were told that the damage would be reported back and Conroys would make good. Please confirm.

"Everything went well from quote"
Everything went well from quote, through pick up to delivery. The only issue was I was originally told that delivery would be at 2pm then I was contacted and told it would be 3.30pm. I rang at 4pm to be told that it would be here soon. Delivery was not untill about 4.45pm. Extra crew were put on so unloading was quick and smooth. I appreciate that the delay may well have been due to factors beyond your control.

These guys were awesome; they had an excellent attitude to evrything they did with us, so much so that I rang Greg and asked if they could also unload us at our new house in Taupo.. such was the way they impressed us!

Awesome service, movers arrived spot on time, everything was very well organised and our 155 boxes were carried indoors in a record time. Taking into consideration the distance of our removal (Luxembourg, Europe to Auckland, NZ) - the fact that we had only one bowl chipped and 1 picture frame broken is really minor damage.The pick-up service for the empty boxes and all the trash was also very good. Again on time and very efficient. Thank you!
