Some genius thought it was a good idea to put white stickers on the face of nearly all my furniture. These do not peel well so I have white patches on all my furniture. Very poor really.
This plus a lack of communication regarding confirming the delivery lead me to mark down to 4*.

I have used conroys before and always found them to be careful and reliable . Is was true this time also , guys handled precious objects professionally and were v helpful. There was a bit of a mix up of delivery times but all sorted in the end .

The team went out of their way to organise our move and were so helpful in organising placement of our goods at our destination. Both Ian & I would like to personally thank Tim, Adam and Duncan for their friendly courteous manner and professionalism all the way through their service.

"loaded and unloaded carefully"
Time of truck arrival was changed by phone day before move from 9am to 8am - 8:30am, we were ready and waiting for 8am and the truck did not arrive till nearly 9:30am.
Sue was emailed this feedback with no response. The later time was not an issue, however communication and staying on time could be improved.
Moving staff were very professional, quick and easy to deal with on the day, all items were loaded and unloaded carefully without any issue.
Speed of loading and unloading on the day was really good.
"Not entirely happy"
Not entirely happy with the Napier side of my move. They damaged my door frame and wall paper in the lounge when moving sofas out. Various items were left and I had to keep constantly reminding them that they were going. Found a weed sprayer hidden behind the air con unit outside. Also they broke the mirror stand on my duchess. Not sure how the Nelson side of things is going to work out as my contents are still in storage. The lawyer held money back on settlement day due to the house being damaged.

"still havent got my boxes"
At the time I received this feedback request, I still havent got my boxes. So you know why i wont recommend your service to others. The first contact Monica told me last week the delivery is booked on Tuesday, and she didnt reply my email afterwards. I called the auckland branch on Monday, after being trasferred to different persons three times, being told the delivery would be on Tuesday then being told by another person that should be on Wed. I didnt receive any call on the next day so I called again and was told that the paperwork has not been done and they cant do anything. They just ask me to wait for the call, which hasnt come until now. I would say there is no customer service at all, and i dont feel like being treated as a customer once i paid the full amount and have the boxes collected.
