It felt like there was a long delay from my goods arriving in Auckland to finally arriving in Wellington (over two weeks). I understand that goods need to be cleared by NZ Customs but this did not seem a long delay. The delay seemed to be in communicating with my China agent, transporting my goods to Wellington and arranging a delivery time with me. I feel this process took longer than it should have, and was very frustrating for me. The delivery itself was very smooth. The delivery staff were friendly, organised and efficient and the final delivery took less than 30 minutes. I was very happy with this.

The Whole Experience Was Excellent
The whole moving house experience from Auckland to Napier was excellent with Conroy's. They did all the packing up of house well protected and boxed up.
Not a single item was damaged, then they came and picked up the cartons and packing materials once we'd unpacked. Super efficient and friendly staff throughout the whole process.

Excellent Experience
Our overall experience with Conroy Removals was excellent, with everything running smoothly from start to finish with clear, helpful communication at both ends of the move. The Christchurch team really stood out – they were not only efficient and professional but also fantastic with my daughter, which made a big difference to our moving experience. The whole process of moving from Whangarei to Timaru felt much less stressful thanks to the team’s care, friendliness, and professionalism.
