Such lovely helpful guys! They packed the truck well, just missing a garden spade & garden fork. Perhaps could still be on truck? Please advise,

Arrived in Sydney but still to be delivered. Some delay at Conroy's end but a later delivery is not a problem for us.

The packers at the old address did a superb job of fitting everything perfectly in the container and the team who unloaded at the new address were great, placing the furniture where I wanted it and taking care with any boxes marked fragile. Many thanks to your team for a stress free move.

Give this company a miss.
They knowingly sent a truck to collect my household goods that was damaged on the roof canopy. The consequences of this resulted in water entering the inside of the truck and destroying many of my precious items. Boxes were clearly labelled Fragile/ This Way Up and very carefully packed. Despite this my overlocker was stored on its side - sodden and smashed. My much loved wooden mahogony furniture was treated like rubbish. My beautiful Atlas sodden along with other books. I am still to complete the unpacking process.
Conroys paid me $500.00 to cover my huge losses. That was paid out reluctantly after many emails.
I would like to ask the question to Conroys - "who was responsible that day for sending out a damaged truck."

WelwI can not praise the two guys who delivered our stuff enough. They were prompt (even 30 mins early), really lovely and worked really quick.
We had a few damaged items, and we are just chasing up one item that seems to have been taken by MAF but overall we are really happy

"Overall Great service"
Overall Great service - a little bit of challenge getting pickup info sorted ( needed to be transferred around the office ) but as in between Xmas / New Year - no surprise and in the end the pickup was on scheduale - 2 really great freindly guys - delivery - we called 3 days before actual delivery and spoke to CHC despatach - advised expect Weds 11 - and a call the day before to confirm which was OK for us - what happen however was you guys got an early run south and Gordan ( another great friendly guy ) called saying he was 30 min out and needed to deliver - to be fair he did try 2 call 2 x ( i was in ameeting ) - I was able to do a reshuffle and he was accomdating in make a time work for us both
I guess the timing of the year meant the advise call was not made :)
So overall a great job - thank you

I felt that the office people in Perth were very accomodating, however we had to push for more time for packaging as the time they had allowed was not sufficient. We had also disassembled all the furniture to make it easier and quicker. Was disapointed that one of the packing men was sick on the 2nd/3rd day. Not what we wanted to catch given we were moving countries and had a baby in the house. He also continually took phone calls from family throughout the packing process. His offsider was lovely and worked well. Upon arrival of the goods at our house we were disapointed with the quality of packing and stacking as a lot of items were torn through and a fair amount of boxes were damaged. We had a fair amount of damage to various items ranging from $40-$2500, but the biggest disapointment was that a $2500 appliance was stolen and not even added to the inventory, so we assume that the packing guys took it. Surely they are to blame given it was not even itemised. Currently making a claim through insurance. But i hope the emplyees are looked into and charged as that is not acceptable, given i asked about police clearances etc before signing up with the company. The delivery guys were lovely in NZ, did the job quickly, although i was under the impression that all furniture would be reassebled which it wasnt. Labelling of boxes was very poor and it was extremly difficult to know what rooms to put boxes when all it says is bed parts...(which bed?!)I surely hope that the insurance claims i have made will be prompt and smooth.
