Just like to say that we were very happy with everything great guys nice and polite and on time.

Perth/WA - Napier/Hawkesbay/NZ January 2018 Fantastic until my boxs reached Napier. They sat there for about 2 weeks, without me being notified. I called the office to see how far away the boxs were.I was told thy had arrived on the 4/3/2018. I went into the office,I was going to pay for delivery,but i spoke to the office girl ad suggested as an' act of good faith' would you're company deliver my boxe free of charge since it was there muckup? This question did initially meet with resistance,after she spoke with the manager it was agreed, This conversation took place on the Wednesday thy said they had to make another delivery out my way on the Friday afternoon -so it would be somtime then! Perth Office fantastic service The delivery guys were great Napier Office Management,I question-didn't feel any compassion or empathy there.Felt like i was being brushed off. Christine

Excellent Communication & Service
I was glad to have paid in advance as the packing process was very slow! Otherwise, removalists were great with just a couple of bumps. I would also like to make special mention of the communication and service I received from the office staff, who have been excellent.
Aaron ("Lugs") from Wellington was excellent, packed up the container so well that nothing would or could move! I was impressed with the packers/movers both in Wellington and Nelson. Please pass on my sincere thanks to Aaron - he deserves a pay increase!!
