The staff were absolutely fantastic and worked incredibly hard, especially Graham and Renee, who couldn't do enough fo us. Just one negative comment I don't think we had enough manpower considering the size of the house and the fact they had to traverse 3 levels on the hill.

We were happy with the overall move however we didn't appreciate them using our stuff for packing/ repacking storage boxes into other boxes/ mixing rooms in different boxes/ unloading boxes into wrong rooms after we had all boxes room coded/ helping themselves to our bottled water that was stored in the garage without asking.

No damage at all. Cheerful staff who made it enjoyable. Would prefer comms on the day prior re timing.
The whole experience was fantastic from quotes, to booking and all the communication in between A+ would/will be highly recommending from now.
