"impressed with the level of care and communication"
We were impressed with the level of care and communication Conroys provided. We were informed the minute our furniture arrived in New Zealand, and updated as the customs procedures were implemented. The two delivery men were awesome, they were friendly, efficient, considerate, and arrived when they said they would. A really positive experience all round. Thank you Adam and Ethan.

Thanks for the opportunity to give feedback for the removal services that you believe you recently performed.
My items arrived at the Chch port on the 22nd of April, customs and quarantine pre-cleared. I was then told that it would take 5-7 working days to be ready for delivery. Which would have been good to know before I hired a storage container from that date which I have been paying for since. On the 7th working day I asked for an update and recieved the reply, "Colin is working on fitting this in ASAP this week and will give you a call as soon as he has a plan" Two working days later I've received no call from Colin, so I'm led to conclude that no plan yet exists for the delivery of my goods.
You might like to check whether you've delivered anything before asking for feedback about how the delivery went, and possibly take a look at the way you communicate with your customers. Please let me know when somebody gets a plan.

The two guys were speedy and efficient, and very pleasant and helpful. Couldn't have asked for more.

Would recommend removal trucks keep basic tool kit in their truck Joanne in wellington was fantastic to deal with :)

The service was great except the packer didnt turn up on the day of the shift so the poor two lads doing the loading were struggling to get it done without the help of myself and some family members. He came on Good Thursday to pack most of it but never turned up on Easter Tuesday - the date of the shift. Apart from that nothing was damaged and everyone else was lovely to deal with.
"The whole process went very smoothly"
The whole process went very smoothly. Between the pick up and the shop departure it would have been nice to get an update even if it said the goods were still in the store and we are expecting the ship to depart on such a date.
The agent used in Japan was also very efficient and provided good communication. I would definitely recommend both companies to anyone moving to or from Japan.

"Four conflicting times for uplift"
No one came to assess our load so it was estimated to be 45cu with an undertaking of adjustment if it should prove more/less. Your driver [who was excellent] estimated much less than 45cu. No response from you, 2 weeks later.
Four conflicting times for uplift were given, ranging from 9.30am to 12.00. Truck finally arrived at 2.10pm.
In Napier we had to wait while a key was fetched to unlock the truck.Family members assisted hugely with the unload.
The uplift from Brisbane was great and was arranged not long after I contacted Conrol Removals to arrange the removal service. The shipping to Auckland also happend within the timeframe that I was given and I was kept updated on its progress through to its arrival in Auckland. Unfortunately I had to chase up Conroy Removals on a number of occasions to arrange delivery to my destination approximately 150km north of Auckland once I was ready to receive it. The office staff were quite responsive to emails and phone calls but it took a number of attempts to get the operations team to contact me to arrange delivery. The delivery went well after it was finally arranged.
