"the atmosphere was great"
We had a lot to be moved and the extra staff who joined the initial team were in a bit of a hurry. Consequently we have some damaged items, including the coffee table again. We are having difficulty locating some items that haven't been placed in the locations marked on the boxes. Overall, it was a big day for all concerned and the atmosphere was great. So well done team.

Conroys provided excellent service, right from the initial consultation, through to delivery.

4 Star move
Not all unpacked yet. So far 4 items broken. Van to plck up empty boxes and paper arrived 4 days after we asked for.
Communication can be improved
At both pick up and delivery we were given times and waited several hours longer, I think the communication around this should be improved. The staff aren't all permenant, one was young and getting labour workforce experience, his inexperience showed and made us nervous. As our delivery was at the end of the day we had 6 unloading but this wasn't very professional, we didn't know who was in charge until the end, they were just interested in unloading as quickly as possible. I'm unlikely to use Conroys for our next move.

Derek was very clear about the proces prior to the move and for the day itself. The guys who moved us made our move go very smoothly.

Second move with Conroys and we'd use again. Staff are always very courteous and friendly.
I would like to thank NIcole Pinfold for the numerous emails and comunication/updates regarding my consignment from Australia to New Zealand.
However, once the consignment reached New Zealand for delivery the level and quality of communication was poor. I was contacted by Conroy and told my delivery was on the 11th of September at 9am to 10am, however the consignment was delivered at 11.30am after numerous calls to contact Conroy deliveries the morning of the delivery to enquire an estimated time of arrival (I was told I would receive a call back and then heard from no one) - there were no updates to let me know the delivery truck was delayed and no apology for inconvienance, which was discourteous and frustrating.
