"Very disappointed"
Very disappointed. Wheels broken off and lost from 3 items. Antique mahogany table damaged in 4 places. I saw the carriers take my white couch out my gate the wrong way, rubbing the top against the gate frame and making it dirty, totally unnecessary. It came through a small door into my apartment without touching the sides upon delivery.

Monica was brilliant and kept me up to date. Operations was pretty poor at communciating. Even on the monring of the delivery I had to call to actually find out if they were coming. When the truck arrived it arrived with the driver only resulting in the cleints doing the offload until help arrived. The driver was unaware of help actually being sent or not. Jack was really helpful through the day

I have forgotten the names of our two guys who did our move but they were excellent very careful and polite and nothing was a bother too them. Thank you for a great service.

The service was fantastic. The Controy staff that shifted our furniture (both days) were amazing. Great personalities, quick, efficient and willing. I have used Conroy in the past and would definately use again and recommend to others. Thank you so much.
Excellent Service
From first contact seeking a quotation to delivery in store service was excellant. I was particulalry impressed with Von the packer who very carefully and methodically worked thru the apartment. No stopping to answer his phone or for tea breaks etc.

Everything went to plan, and all our stuff reached its final destination, staff at all stages were helpful and so friendly
