Thank you for the lovely service recieved. Liz and neville whom i spoke to via email/phone. great customer service. The 2 gentlemen that delivered were very efficient an respectful as the weather was not all that great. Hey it's Auckland weather! Thank you to your convoys nz team. Awesome service, movers arrived spot on time, everything was very well organised and our 155 boxes were carried indoors in a record time. Taking into consideration the distance of our removal (Luxembourg, Europe to Auckland, NZ) - the fact that we had only one bowl chipped and 1 picture frame broken is really minor damage.The pick-up service for the empty boxes and all the trash was also very good. Again on time and very efficient. Thank you!

Good communication through the entire process and a rather hassle free move.

I packed my stuff myself and a few things came out broken, but thats on me more than anything. TV's were well packed by Conroys. The bed had one thin layer of plastic put over it by Conroys and managed to get a few marks on one of the ends, I would of liked this packed a bit better.

The shipping of furniture was one of the easier things to organise in the move, so a few things broken is not the end of the world.
