Response was great at really short notice and guys were really pleasant and hard working but...mirror broken, large scratch down our lounge table, broken handles on our desk, boxes wrongly labeled...not a great impression as we paid for a quality service Over a local mover...probably better stick with local next time.

Poor communication on day of delivery
I would like to thank NIcole Pinfold for the numerous emails and comunication/updates regarding my consignment from Australia to New Zealand.
However, once the consignment reached New Zealand for delivery the level and quality of communication was poor. I was contacted by Conroy and told my delivery was on the 11th of September at 9am to 10am, however the consignment was delivered at 11.30am after numerous calls to contact Conroy deliveries the morning of the delivery to enquire an estimated time of arrival (I was told I would receive a call back and then heard from no one) - there were no updates to let me know the delivery truck was delayed and no apology for inconvienance, which was discourteous and frustrating.
It would be great to be able track delivery progress of item being shipped.
