Very Very pleased with the price and service! Every step of the process has been very very good. Consider the number of different people involved at each step and between countries and it becomes even more impressive. From initial contact with John in Brisbane to final delivery big thumbs up!

The admin team in both countries have been great with constant updates at each step and in conjunction with John all relevant paperwork was easy to deal with.

Very minimal damage to property limited to a couple of bits of crockery that we packed ourselves.

Move day started off with a voicemail saying there would be a delay of several hours. This was OK -- it happens. When the crew did show up, they showed up with someone else's container -- no one has even checked the container number or the boxes inside which were clearly labelled with someone else's name and location (in another city). It took my 10 seconds to work out it was the wrong container. So another hour or so delay while my stuff was located. Crew seemed exasperated. My container had also been split into two, so there was another delay finding the second container.  

Unloading was fine. Putting together beds was a major chore and took the crew two hours (by which time it was 6pm). They put things together upside down so had to do it again. As a result of all this, they unwrapped and unpacked very little -- no boxes at all were unpacked and they only unwrapped a couple of pieces of funiture. I had to do almost all the unpacking and it took multiple attempts and phone calls to arrange for Conroy's to come and pick up the packing and empty boxes. 

All in all, a hassle. 

Removal from Tauranga was almost okay except that two of the major items, a electric piano and a TV were not itemised on the inventory – reason given, ‘run out of labels’ ??  Pack up and load was efficient.  Delivery to the other end was not so good with attempts made to deliver with no notice and glass breakages found on delivery.  Plus the piano was not delivered with the rest of the consignment but was found after a search at the depot.  This was only a minor move!  What would it have been like moving a household?
