"Nothing was a problem"
Both teams loading and unloading the container ( 4 months apart ) were excellent . Nothing was a problem all very pleasent and helpfull great job guys thanks so much.

Goods Not Unpacked
I will not use Conroy again as we received our house hold goods but no service was given to unpack or assemble our furniture, this was told 4 hours before our items where delivered. They said this was not possible because of waitangi day. I dont understand why you can not unpack our goods and take away our carton as promised while Waitangi day is still 4 days away. Their only concern Conroy shows is getting paid their invoice intime. I do not recommend Conroy as i did not receive service as accepected.

"careful with our furniture and new house"
From when I first booked the service to when the guys arrived on the morning of the move, everything was great. I cannot praise Chase and Ethan enough, they were courteous, professional, careful with our furniture and new house. It was a pleasure working with these guys. A definite big tick in my books.
"made our life hard"
Not only did we have to wait for over a week between customs clearance and your first attempt to deliver; it then took your guys several days to finally keep to the agreed delivery window, standing us up multiple times, while forcing us to stay home for two full days not knowing whether you'd actually show up, or not. In the end, we paid a premium for air freight from Germany and so had our stuff in Wellington within 4 days. Biosecurity and customs took a day. And then the boxes stayed under your custody for 13 days. It really made our life hard.
Very Happy
We used your services 9 years ago and were disappointed at the time as the truck used was too small and two trips had to be made to get all of our household items transported. I recall back the the account was over $1300.00 We were told at the time this would be looked into but !!!! We never heard back.
The 3 young guys on our current move could not of been friendlier and more caring. They got on with the job at hand . We had cleared a lot of surplus items before this move. We were very happy with the guys and the amount of the account.

"helpful, polite and hard working"
The 3 lovely men who delivered my boxes were so helpful, polite and hard working and one of them was a magnificent piano player.
They all made my day!
Better Communication Needed
The delivery men were very helpful, polite and were great overall. However the communication of when the actual delivery was going to take place once our container had arrived was zero. I had to reguarly call you to find out when the delivery was going to be, and was very difficult to get an answer. I never received one phone call with regards to a delivery date. It was only because I called and emailed you on a regular basis that I eventually got a date. I would of appreciated better communication with regards to a delivery date.
The moving team were outstanding. Special mention must be made to the guy in charge who delivered our big screen television in the back of his car, which caused a bit of damage to his car. He needs a bonus for this. Great work Conroys.
