Jeff (Geoff), the team member who was resonsible for the packing, was outstanding. He was hard-working, professional and friendly. We really enjoyed having him at our house, and were surprised (and impressed) he managed to pack everything in a single day. The following day Jeff returned with two colleagues, who were equally hard-working and friendly. Overall the service was excellent. We would especially like to commend Jeff who was a real credit to your company.

Our move was done at quite short notice because of circumstances, Conroys responded quickly and provided quotes for removal and storage which were very reasonable. They organised the move to totally suit our requirements. The packers and removalists were pleasant, quick and efficient. We couldn't have wished for a better experience at a stressful time.

Brilliant efficient service. It only took 4 weeks door - to - door delivery. Staff were helpful and friendly from administration through to pick-up and delivery. I appreciated the updates as to what stage my boxes were at in transit. Keep up the good work.

Great hands on with few communication issues
Firstly,the "workers". The packer did a great job of "packing the kitchen". Arrived on time & worked away steadily and efficiently by himself. All kitchen goods arrived safely. The "heavy team" of 3 arrived on time led by the older "joking" guy (name?). All worked well and carefully and were easy to communicate with. Damage sustained in the move - a 2 mm deep 12 cm long "gouge" on the top a chest of drawers and 2 broken glasses (packed by myself!). The only downside of the actual shift was that the truck was not big enough to accomodate all our goods, despite the fact that on the day a 3 piece lounge suite and a 3 piece conservatory suite which had been included in the original estimate had been disposed of! In the event we returned to our property and collected 2 big car loads our selves. A further good point was that the empty packing cartons and wrapping were collected within a few days of the move. As far as communication with your office I had a few problems as both your Listed phone numbers for Napier and 0800 were not "working" which resulted in a difficulty in finding a person to talk with! I understand that this has now ben resolved.
Very prompt and quick service, however lacked some care with items leaving me with one item broken and dents on furniture & whiteware. The most important thing with moving is to get things there in one piece. Weren't helpful with placement of some items either. Payment was a hassle also as not able to use the service from my phone and could not find a bank acc to pay into which left me with putting on my credit card and paying the extra percentage. Did expect more having used your service before longer distance.
