Not up to Standard
I don’t feel like it was up to great standard as at this time. As I was given wrong information regarding the surname and signature that I used in my paperwork as I did ask at your desk that it should be fine. Unfortunately it wasn’t and I had to go through the process of resigning my paperwork. On the other hand I still haven’t received my boxes yet. It hasn’t been delivered and I don’t even know when it would be delivered. Like every other time if I can’t answer my phone calls I would definitely reply to my emails. But I haven’t received any email saying what dates it will be delivered????

Impressive
The two men were very efficient and we were particularly impressed with how they treated our elderly parents.
Very Good Service
Overall, a very good service. Areas for consideration would be not taking staff off my packing to go to another job. I appreciate that issues arise, but this should not be apparent to your customer. Secondly, I expect your staff have all had Manual Handling training, but it might help if they had access to lifting equipment/hoists and belts. Your packing crew were excellent and I never heard them complain once, especially having to manually lift all my boxes and furniture into a container which was left on the trailer!
Incredible
Moving with Conroys was incredibly smooth. From initial site survey to quotation, to booking, to packing, to uplift and then finally the moving day. The branch at Christchurch couldn't have been more helpful as I was facilitating this move on behalf on my parents who live in Christchurch and I live in the UK. Whilst I was in Christchurch Rodney came to my parents property and talked through the process. I felt at ease with the process and was reassured that my parents would be looked after.......and they were! I accepted the quote through Penny in the office/logistics department and Penny corresponded with me after I returned to England and nothing was ever a problem. When it came to the packing day, bang on 8am the team turned up and worked hard all day. Uplift day was a breeze and by 12 noon as agreed everything was in the truck and off to be stored till the following week before being delivered again on time to Mum and Dads new Retirement Village. Everything was put in place for Mum and Dad with very little to do except unpack boxes at their leisure. If you are even thinking about moving or moving elderley parents then this is a no brainer, smooth, stress free and incredibly reasonable....worth every penny in my eyes. Thank you Christhchurch branch from the UK......5 stars from me!, 5 stars from Mum and Dad and Robson (Dog)! Please ensure this feedback is feed back to all the team involved in this move!

Professional and Helpful
Your team both in the Auckland and Wellington office we very professional, efficient, helpful and polite, the move went very smoothly and exactly as they said it would. The furniture was well taken care of and even the removal truck driver was onto it and in my line of work a deal with a lot of truck drivers, thank you very much.

Sorry, this time Conroy's let us down. All went well at the Christchurch end but Auckland ... We asked for our delivery to be on the 8th and it turned up but missing two items one oa small ladder we needed urgently,. (the ladder was the only reason we planned the delivery for the 8th) I had to phone and chase them up and when they were located it still took another 24 hours to get delivered. Not much of an apology. Our carefully planned trip from Dunedin and week of renovations was completely ruined by this.
