Great service excellent communications from Australia through to New Zealand. Delivery was arranged quickly with only a few minute breakages..to be expected given notification delay if heavy seas.

"Fast and efficient service all round"
Fast and efficient service all round. Quick response to my initial request then every email of questions after that. Thank you for the two locations of pick ups and safe delivery at the end, friendly staff too.
My only comment would be around the stickers going on furniture as they are hard to get off with some still stuck on my wooden bed.

Absolutely perfect.
We moved the contents of a full 4-bedroom home completely from Auckland, to storage (at Conroy) for almost 3 weeks, and then everything was moved down to the Coromandel. One small but insignificant breakage amongst the over 200 items (boxes, paintings, TVs, furniture, etc.) shifted - fantastic.
We are moving a lot of the material back to Auckland in 6 months’ time and will definitely be using you again then.
"Very professional team"
Very professional team, right from the start with Derek and Penny, through to pick up with Steve, Mike, and Gracie. They picked up and delivered on time, and took extreme care with packing and unloading. Steve who managed the delivery was very patient with the causal worker, and I appreciated the effort put into making sure everything was where it should be and the beds set up. I would have given you a 5 star rating because your team were excellent, but unfortunatley one of our kids JBL portable speakers went missing that day. Aside from that the boys did an excellent job, they helped un pack a lot of the big items and reassembled all of our beds. They were all vey curteous men. I even gave the last 3 guys a tip for their hard work.
It took 3.5hrs to move major house items (no personal items or boxes) within Welcome Bay. This is how long it took another company to move and entire storage container of all our belongings from the Mt to Welcome Bay. The guys were nice but clearly inexperienced. Jorge was going to drag furniture before Justice corrected him. They were quite slow. No problem I guess, BUT then we're charged an extra $70 because they took an extra half an hour??? No idea what that means! My husband was here when they told him and didn't understand (I had organized it). I didn't book for a certain time limit so no idea what this was about. Invoice was handwritten with no details, and missing page 1/3, so also had no bank details. I've sent an email querying this so hopefully it's rectified.
