Derek was great. Came into the store to assess what needed to be moved (one load of fittings to Auckland and one across town). Items destined for Auckland were picked up within a few days. Once I called to say that the other item was ready, he organised a pick up and I was phoned on Friday to let me know they would be there first thing Monday morning. Great service once again. Kelly.
5 Star Move
During the shift we dealt 5 of your staff and all but one were outstanding and very professional. The staff member who was less than excellent was obviously recognized as such by the other members of the team who appeared to be a bit embarrassed by his performance.
Overall the process was about as positive as shifting can be and the 4 other staff more than made up for the shortcomings of their colleague.

Issue with Washing Machine Connection
All went very well with this service. The packing, pick and delivery all were on time etc.
The only damage was 1 broken mirror which we are not concerned about
One major problem however, the delivery staff connected up our washing machine but unfortunately did not insert the oulet pipe into the drain of the tub. Hence we had a major flood on the carpeted floor of the garage and into the hallway. As the garage was our general dumping ground for sundry items this created a major disruption to shift everything out and to try and dry the carpet. If we find we have to make an insurance claim is this your responsibility?

guys in auckland where awsome loading up my property on to the truck fast and careful, next day truck arrived to unload with too different guys again great service, made the whole process easy and relaxed, thanks heaps :)
"easy to talk to to organise things"
Thanks for the good work. The guys (Adam, Scott, Steve) were very friendly, easy to talk to to organise things. There were a few things left in the house so they probably needed to do a final sweep of the place before they left, and we did need to organise to get a key back which they forgot to give back to us (and we didn't ask for again before they left) - but we got that sorted without too much more trouble the next day. Thanks again though, God bless
I specifically asked if I could move from Wellington at a specific time and have delvery on a specific day in Auckland. If this was not possible, I told them to tell me so before I booked but I was assured it was OK. As I am in Auckland I paid someone to come and open up the unit for me where my household goods are stored. He was paid to arrive from half an hour before the promised time and for two hours after. By the time he left no one had arrived. When he called he was told they were held up in traffic which is a lie as it does not take 3 hours to get from Hutt Valley to Thorndon and the traffic was light that day. Lying is unforgivable. I then had to make other arrangements. When I rang to complain they promised me all would be OK for Friday. On Friday I took a day off work to open up but in the morning they rang and said they were too busy and could not deliver until the following week, leaving me with nowhere to stay over the weekend. I rang and gave you a piece of my mind but it took 3 attempts for anyone to ring me back. Eventually Fiona Conroy rang and miraculously I got a Saturday delivery. It did not reassure me to be told that I had been underquoted for the job as they had not realised it was an apartment (with a number like 1114/145 in the address part of the form I find this hard to believe). However after complaining you agreed to waive the extra fee that was intended. The guys who delivered were delightful and did a great job. They were the only part of the move that I was happy with. Lying is unethically, poor service is off-putting. My next move in three months will be with someone else.
