Sorry to say but the staff that were supplied for this job were very unprofessional, slow, joking while mucking around and not happy to the point where I will be contesting the invoice. Please get the manager to ring me.

Sorry to have taken so long in responding to this survey, but I have been very busy ever since I returned to NZ.
Your service was generally very user-friendly, but I think you could improve relationships with your clients by keeping them better-informed about progress with their shipment, especially at key stages in the shipping process. I did not receive a call from your Auckland office to warn me of the pending arrival - my goods just suddenly appeared, with no prior warning.

The blokes uplifting and delivering my items were great and I am very happy with the service they provided. My issue is that the time quoted to me for delivery changed significantly. I was told delivery would be at 8:30am, telephoned at 8:00am to say it would be 11:30 and the truck arrived at 2pm. Given this long delay, I didn't get my unpacking completed as planned and also wasted most of the day sitting around waiting for the delivery.
I understand the delay was caused because the truck was only half full and the despatch manager decided to use the spare space to complete some deliveries prior to mine. This might work for Conroys, but basically I have been charged for other clients' deliveries. If I was given a refund to compensate for the time I wasted on the delivery day I might change my feedback, but otherwise I'm not particularly satisfied.
