To two men who came and delivered my stuff were great. Bit of a tight corner to get the chest of drawers up the stairs but they managed it. The chest of drawers was damaged in transit (prior to delivery) but I guess these things happen. The emailed communications about where my furniture was were helpful. Thank you.

It was seamless with good communication.  My only comment was that I had understood you would assist with unpacking if needed.  That was not offered.  Mainly it was the painting box which appeared a bit inpenetrable although in the end if was easy enough to get into once I had the right tools to hand

We were disappointed with the handling of our goods at the destination end. Several items were damaged in unloading and although the workers were very friendly they seemed to lack suitable skills and/or training. A chest of drawers was tipped on it's head and had a chipped top. A TV stand was bumped hard enough that the glass doors will no longer shut. Beds were not reassembled on arrival and this may have been beyond some elderly couples such as ourselves although we did manage it. None of the damage would be covered by the $250 excess insurance . All cartons, (packed by ourselves) were undamaged but although marked "Kitchen", "Bedroom 1", "Garage"  etc it took us several days to sort out where things were. I do not like making negative feedback and I am sorry to do so, as everybody has a bad day at times.

Excellent service from the team, they made our move so much easier. They were so efficient with packing and made it a less daunting experience.
