Very friendly polite packer

Please complete the agreement to collect the Debris (Tue, 4 Dec, 12:55 (2 days ago)) and until today, nobody comes to collect the Debris

Quick and friendly service, always being kept updated on the whereabouts of our belongings & the process it had to go through to come to nz. Also lovely delivery staff who delivered our belongings on time and in one piece!
After payment things went downhill
Initial setup was easy to sort and staff were helpful, but after the money was paid communication went downhill.
I had to ring them the day before to find out what time they were coming to collect my things and I wasn't contacted the day before my belongings were being delivered for a delivery time. A bit frustrating.

I found the moving experience with Conroy’s to be hassle free with staff who were only to willing to oblige.
The two gentlemen who moved my goods were marvellous .They went out of their way to make everything was taken care of.

My overall experience was positive, however, the delivery team broke two of our chests of drawers through basic manual handling errors. I did not witness the first breakage but did see the second which happened to be identical to the first. The chests, with the drawers in situ containing items of clothing and were therfore heavy, were being carried on one side by a narrow strip of wood clearly not strong enough to hold the weight. On the second chest I suggested that they take the drawers out but was told that it be fine, the panel then snapped whilst being carried. I am claiming through my insurance for this but feel as though this should be covered by Conroy as this was a clear error on the part of the delivery team. I hope that you are able to agree with me on this and I look forward to hearing from you.
