"had our wires crossed?"
I spoke to the man who did the quote and asked him if the service was the same as the Railways used to give and he said yes,so there is one staff per room and he agreed,appears we had our wires crossed?I was unaware that only the kitchen would be packed.
Great Service
Thank you for such a great service, your packers and movers were fabulous and so careful with our possessions, they did it all with such happy natures and politness and nothing was too much trouble. You have a wonderful team and you can be very proud. Also collecting the boxes and wrapping paper was done quickly and it was no problem. Thank you again, Carolyn & Terry Young
Friendly and Helpful
I found Conroys very helpful in assessment of needs and quotations. Their quote was also the most competitive. The men who assisted with packing and collecting the goods from Australia were a delight to deal with and extremely helpful. I appreciated the constant updates of progress and delivery time and delivery time was beyond expectations. I also found that the Napier office were very good at liaising with delivery time and those who delivered the goods were most friendly and helpful.

The guys we had, Chase and another guy, really friendly, super professional, took away so much stress from what is not always an easy task. Fantastic Experience
We had a fantastic experience moving with Conroys! From the staff who took our initial enquiy and followed up well to the person who surveyed our house for a quote right through to the moving team. Extra credit goes to the crew who loaded all our belongings, they were prompt, efficient and friendly. The communication was excellent right throughout our experience it made our whole move a smooth process. Thankyou so much

Excellent
A few packed items were squashed, distorted or broken due to being packed too tightly.
Bit of confusion with the workers turning up at 10am as requested. I had to ring Conroys to see where they were but once they were onsite at 10.20 everything went smoothly.
