Prompt attention to our request for a quote, pleasant staff with the van, all furniture arrived undamaged.
Could have taken more time and care
I noticed the coffee table is damaged in one corner. My furniture was in perfect, unmarked condition before they started. I chose to not insure and expected a little damage. The guys were carrying my furniture downstairs solo - I thought that was unusual considering health and safety. The shift took alittle over 2 hours but you are charged 3 hours minimum. The 2 guys had plenty of time to move furniture safely without damaging but chose to take shortcuts.

The only moving company out of 4 to contact me the following day as promised. A person to came to view and was able to answer my questions face to face. The quote was the cheapest received. The day of moving the staff were both friendly and professional. I highly recommend Conroys as the best moving company for their excellent customer service and rates. Excellent service, friemdly and efficient packers, carefull loading of the container and efficient delivery at the end with nothing broken and everything in perfect condition. Hard to think how you could have provided better service.If we ever move again (god forbid!) we will certainly use your services.
