Great Service
Great service from start to finish - big thanks to Sarah in particular.
The guys were excellent and everything went to plan.
Efficient
Great service, incredibly efficient. You moved us back from Australia about 8 years ago, and also terrific, timely service. Did what you said you would, even quicker than expected, with great care for our goods. Wouldn't go to anyone else. Really nice, caring guys in Auckland who packed up.
Whilst the guys moving were very nice, espcially the Napier guys most of my furniture had damages. Deep scratch, other bashes and bumps, nicks and scrapes. One chair completely broken. It was damaged before the removal and I put a sign on it to be handled with extreame care. Basket handle broken, butlers tray legs broken. Fridge was closed in storage which meant the mould inside was very very bad when it was delivered. It was quite disgusting. The delivery guys were so very quick I coul;d barely think where I wanted them to put anything. persian carpets rolled and then tape wrapped around them, not entirely happy with that - open to damaging them. Overall, not the best experience.

First time shipping to Aust - advice and service was great
All the workers were great communicators, efficient and helpful. We thought some of the packing could have been better organised so as to help us on the unpack. For example, not mixing boxes with random items.
Really happy
couple of things:
1. and I am sure you get this all the time, (which is why I wondered why the answer given was not that great) - Insurance, this needs to be better communicated as to how and why etc, I am sure that it regularly causes grief, but with good delivery of the comms surrounding it, it would be quite reasonable to most people (IMHO)
2. It was not till the very last day (or few) that we actually got confirmation of the booking, so made it very anxious to see if we were actually going to have our stuff collected etc. I wonder if a 5% deposit might make the transaction a bit more stable, we (customer) lock in our dates etc., you (vendor) lock in your team etc.
3. Packers, they are amazing at what they do, everything packed so neatly and tightly, very impressive - up till the last 20 mins or so, this end of the truck was not as well packed or cared for, not a major but definately noticable. - hard, as most of the good stuff to 'block' stuff in (beds etc.), is already in the truck, maybe a cargo net type of thing might help this last section stay as packed?
Overall, really happy with the service, you guys are amazing, thanks for helping with our move :-)
Perfect
The HB packers Tim and Drew were super efficient and careful with our fragile items like Hifi gear and glasses. Very professional service. The HB truck driver Darren was also carefull navigating the drive and tress and packing carefully. The AKL team were awesome lifting up some tight spots and taking care with everything.Everything was either ontime or earlier than planned, communication perfect.
Had a great team of guys - apparently the youngest of the crew. They were jovial, fun and just a great bunch. Moved everything carefully and really well organised. They arrived earlier than expected but we were pretty much well packed so it went to plan.
