"Thank you for giving us an easy move"
Thank you for giving us an easy move. The guys that arrived in Coromandel (Kane & Colby) 
were the same guys that moved us there two and a half years earlier. It was a great personal touch as they commented on the difference we had made. They worked so hard and finished in record time. The driver (Darryl) 
the following day was sensational and the three made the transition smooth. In Taupo the guys unfortunately had to wait till late in the day to start unloading but no one complained. We fed them and got drinks. The unload was done in rapid time with the help of another Conroy driver and everything went smoothly as the packing. The operators know there jobs and do it with fantastic commitment and consideration to the customer. Would highly recommend Conroy Removals and the team to anyone. Many thanks.

The move went very well. Movers friendly and helpful. Furniture arrived safe and in good condition. Driver exceptional customer service.
"slightly disappointed with the lack of care during the move"
We were slightly disappointed with the lack of care during the move. There were obvious situation where damage could occur and little effort was made to mitgate them. Speed of getting the job done was more important than making sure it was done properly. Luckily little damage was sustained. However it is not nice to show the house to the new owner with minor damage to walls!
We did ask for special wrapping for glass tables and while this was agreed, it was not made available on the day.
Overall we are neutral to the questions of using Conroys again or recommending them.

We did think the quote was based on an over-estimate as there were only about 36 boxes in the end but the actual moving team were extremely efficient and labelled everything very clearly.

Pickup went well, friendly team, as were the great delivery team, all nice polite people who arrived when they said they would. We’re appre of the cones set out to hold space for the truck, worked well as a team, all who seem to get on well together, making good work of the job at hand, on a cold wet morning. I felt.at all times they were taking care of our stuff, items went to the rooms asked, with no complaints, everyone seemed to shared the workload and so overall my wife and I were impressed with the work done, so thank you
all of the admin work well, communication was good, and at the right level
there was a few items damaged which looked to be from transport from Auckland or storage. They included 2 coffee cups, one broken frame and a table top that must have got damp during its 2 1/2 years in storage. Due to the long storage time I felt we got away well and don’t think there will be any claim on our insurance as not major
We dealt with Monica and she was amazing, so helpful! We have always used Conroys and will continue to do so.
