Our experience was fantastic, getting out furniture removed, shipped and delivered was smooth and painless. Everything got to us safe and undamaged. Special thanks to Jenalle from the melbourne branch for being so hospitable. I needed to make changes everyday to what was being delivered but she was able to make that happen no sweat.

We were very pleased with packers both Adam P and Scott Todd they were great wworkers and nothing was a trouble.Aprreciated your efforts guys
Also the moving boys were great thanks so much Richard and Micheal great job guys and the the boys who helped with the unloading at Tany Loch Lane would not hesitate to recommend your team thanks guys

A bad experience all round from the first visit to get a quote, to dealing with staff and then not having anyone turn up on the first day booked (Friday) with no phone call to explain why. We had made it very clear to Nathan that we were flying out on the Tuesday at midday, therefore we had to start packing on the Friday.
So no one turned up on the first day booked, on the second day two guys turned up, one with a bad back who had to go off to see a doctor. Less then half our stuffed was packed. On the morning we were leaving again no one turned up. We had to ring Fiona to get any action. A truck load of guys turned up and all our household goods were thrown into the back of the truck to be packed later. Have no idea in what state to expect our goods. From what we understand some of our stuff was left behind and some of our son's stuff was packed.
My impression was, we did not have a full container of household goods but we were charged for it anyway.
The only good thing I can say was Fiona's response was quick and effective.

Found in the small print of the quote that I needed tp pay before the job was booked.
Since this was over public holidays I tried invain to find your bank account details on the documents sent to me to do a Direct debit.
Also could not find account details on your web site, nor a place to pay by credit card.
It wasn't until the morning of the move Nathan assisted in getting the paymemt done and getting the job allocated.
the outcome was okay, truck arrived and items were removed and stored at your storage facility.

Great group of guys in which nothing was a problem for them Everything arrived in great shape and they were very efficient This is the second occasion I have used Conroys and could not be happier.
We had a great experience at the wanaka end. Sadly we were disappointed at this end. We where lead to believe that your staff were well trained and to be given 2 guys from AWF at the unloading stage was totally unacceptable. They had no idea of how to handle our belongings. This was not what we had been sold and felt really let down. The truck driver was fantastic as where the packers in wanaka but I would ask them not to pack printers on there side into boxes as this destroyed our printer (common sense not to load on its side and ink damaged everything in the box).
Look forward to hearing from you with regards to credit as promised.
