I'll send emails asking to update something crucial to my file but no confirmation is sent about action being taken. I always have to end up calling to get anything done.

I was so impressed that Conroys actually kept to their word as far as the time line that they promised the goods would be delivered by.
They in fact exceeded their promise and provided for an earlier pick up and delivery at the other end. This occurred at the busy Christmas New Year period with a smaller staff available.

Daniel and Mike were super friendly and helpful. Conroy was very competitive with pricing which is why we ended up choosing them. Our job was pretty simple (just load the boxes and furniture into the truck then unload at other end) which is why I liked paying per hour. Booking process was easy and convenient. Will be using them again.

Could not believe how quickly our goods were packed and dropped off the other end.
Only area for improvement is that it would be good to have a call a few days beforehand to clarify the booking.

The communication from your storage facilities and the truck driver were excellent, contacting us several times to confirm the delivery time and ensure we were kept up-dated. The two men who unloaded the containers were very obliging and helpful, ensuring that all furniture and boxes were put in the correct rooms which made unpacking so much easier. They were very efficient and pleasant to work with and even made our granddaughters day by giving her a ride in the truck! The packaging was expertly done with everything (including china and crystal) arriving in perfect condition - Thank you very much! Would definitely recommend your company to anyone who is moving house.

We were happy with the whole process and ,of course, with the people who helped at every stage.
The overall service was great a small,although important thing was the quality of the stickers you use. When trying to take off furniture leaves a sticy residue that is difficult to remove and not necessary with the quality of sticker that can be purchased today.
