UK Let Down, But NZ Great
Although conroys in Napier were excellent I feel the UK side of the move let me down.i had to inform UK side I didn't need a tor1.form as items were from UK 3yrs previous so that was stressful but more annoying was the fact when unloading they were going to send 2 staff. 3 was sent as original 2 didn't drive. I ended up loading storage unit myself.not what I expected. Score only reflects conroys and not UK side. Disappointed puts it mildly. David Taylor

We have just received our shipment of furniture (two pieces) from Christchurch to Gold Coast. The quoting, documentation and clearing of customs was all arranged for us at your office in Christchurch. The experience of the staff there was straight forward and easy to deal with. No stress for us.Colin Stewart & Sean Sandercock delivered our furniture to our apartment in Broadbeach QLD 4218. The guys were very professional, clean, careful and friendly. Nothing was a problem. They unpacked and assembled the bed. The furniture was very well packed and arrived in perfect condition with not scratches or damages. We will use your services again probably next year. We will have no worries about the shipment and the items arriving in good condition, thank you very much.
Great Service
Steve and Drew were great. In particular Steve packed the mattresses and bases very thoroughly and was noticably tutoring Drew on how to manage the trickier pieces of furniture. Steve's strength and his ability to carefully move large items is most impressive.All members of the team that I dealt with gave great service.

One of two fine side tables with inlaid marquetry has been damaged beyond repair.
Highly Recommend
We used Conroy Removals when we moved to Australia permanently in 2011. We were very impressed with them back then - the whole experience went smoothly. So it was a no-brainer to use them again for a smaller container recently. The communication lines were always clear and open. I highly recommend Conroy's. Well done.
