Overall it was a good experience. The quote was completed quickly and all information was provided upfront. The team that did the packing and the move were excellent - friendly, trustworthy, and very efficient. There was an unfortunate delay at the beginning of the move as the truck that was sent to the job was too big. This was despite my warnings to the operations to send their small truck, which the team that did the packing and moving repeated to them. Despite this being emphasised numerous times, a larger truck was sent that ended up getting stuck and needing the smaller truck to pull it out. After waiting for over an hour for the small truck, once the large truck was pulled out we proceeded with the move in the small truck. If it weren't for this, I would have certainly given 5 stars. It's a shame that operations management didn't listen to the people who know the local environment and/or come do a reccie to ensure this wouldn't happen. 

3 Guys and a truck and they were just wonderful. Careful with my gear, and very friendly and accomodating. Put my furniture in the right room on delivery and very professional. Thanks team.
