Conroy have been extremely efficient in every aspect of this stressful time. They have communicated with us regularly regarding each step of the process and nothing has been any trouble for them. We have had the best service from the packing of our possessions to the delivery. I would highly recommend their services to anyone.

"I would defintely use you again"
Aside to a few initial niggles around delays in confirming what was included in the quote (this may have been to do with a new staff member on board), I found Conroy's excellent in all aspects of my International Move. I would highly rate them to other folk whom want peace of mind that their household effects will be packed securely and that the arrival of items was to time and without damage. Also, their pricing was highly competitive. Note my move only invovled 10 boxes and 6 art pieces, but that said, everything was spot on. Thank you to the Conroys Team Hawkes Bay. I would defintely use you again.

Outstanding across the board!We have moved many many times over the years and employed a few different removalists across all budgets.Conroys are far and away the best of all! The level of care and communication cannot be faulted. Right down to to final pick up of our empty boxes and paper.Everybody, from Derek, Brendan, Mike, Gracie, Robin and the boys who came to help unload us in Christchurch were friendly. polite, super efficient and nothing was a problem.Not a single thing was broken or damaged! (We were an extremely large move - 5 bedroom house and business.) And best yet - Conroys pricing is brilliant. Far better quality and level of service for much less than their competitors.Thank you all! We are extrememly impressed and cannot speak highly enough of Conroys. I don't want to move again for a very long time, but you are now at the top of our list!

Very restrictive feedback form. Staff we dealt with from loading in Palmerston North were excellent. Staff at Auckland end not so good, particularly when I had to follow up on our bed which was apparently a back load and didn't arrive until 6pm after phone calls and excuses of traffic at that time so would we accept next day!!!. And yet the truck that bought our 20 ft container was a 40ft truck with pleanty of spare back space to tie on a (plastic covered) bed and outdoor table. Seems like poor organisation.

Professional and Helpful
Most of the guys were very professional, and helpful. Would have liked a bit more description on the kitchen boxes, all had "k/ware" so it was impossible to know where start looking for our pots or crockery. Some items put in random boxes ie kids toys in kitchen boxes. Drivers of trucks were excellent. Packers used heaps of packing paper!
