There was a delay with the trucks getting to our old place due to accidents on the motorway and we were phoned to advise of this.

The packing was done quickly and efficiently. The only comment we would make is that old room labels/markings on a lot of the reused boxes hadn't been crossed out which made it confusing as to where they needed to be put in the new place and what was in each box. 

From the firsrt phone call to Conroy's, Scott who gave us the quote, to the delivery of our house to Wanaka I could not fault Conroy's. Noeline who packed up our house in Auckland on her own was amazing. Thank you. You were a treasure. Thanks also to the team who appeared at the end of the day to assist with the big items and the guys who loaded the container the following day - we were in awe of your work ethics.

Another huge thank you to the Cromwell team. To Robyn the driver who began the unloading with Rose and to Micahela who arrived to add her expertise to the team. Fabulous. We have unpacked and not one thing was cracked or broken during the process.

We have no hesitation in recommending Conroy's to anyone shifting from A to B. You could not get better.

Lance and Margaret - Auckland to Wanaka.

The team doing the various roles - over three days packing, loading, delivery all very pleasant. As was Auckland office/ assessor. However communication regarding times to expect the various teams was poor. I had to text to find out when the packers were due. Second hand boxes were used and we all struggled to know what was in them as alot of various labels - not crossed off. I was moving to the second floor of a two-story home and if my brother wasn't there with his tractor/ tray they wouldn't have been able to do the move! And, again I didn't have any message on my phone of the ETA of delivery truck on the last day. I emailed Auckland the night prior and got an email in the afternoon to say they'd delivered at 10am that morning. Fortunately Tauranga called 30 minutes out from delivery.

The truck had no hoist. 

The reason I ticked 'no' to using your services again is that this was my final move, I'm settled now for life!

The delivery personnel were great to deal with, very happy!
