"They all did an amazing job"
Need an update for when the truck is arriving.
The only comment is that it would have been good to have an update on the time of arrival. I had been told pick up would be around 9am, but it was actually closer to 12pm. This meant I was waiting around wondering what was happening.

No packing materials supplied for art work. One piece damaged.
Guys on truck not told we had a piano. Delayed move by 1-2 hours.
Chair and bookcase dropped and damaged.

The staff were friendly, polite and very professional in the removal. They picked up our household effects from Waiheke Island on the Thursday morning and delivered to Whangerei on Friday morning. The times for pickup and delivery given to us were accurate and it helped with the move. We know that moving house can be very stressful having worked in that field in the past. They made the move very easy and placed everything where we required and having moved to a home with three levels we cannot praise them enough. Nothing was too much and they also had a sense of humour which we at our age appreciated. Once again thank you so much for making the move stress free.

Lester was fantastic. We have moved quite a few times over the years, both locally and internationally, and this was the best service to date. Lester took great care over our belongings and also the move-in/move-out process ensuring there were no marks or issues at either end. Will definitely use your services again.

The above depends I guess on the outcome of the damage caused to our piano in transit. I emailed this to Melanie who responded that Karen Beckman would be in touch, so we await an outcome. Thank you
"this time around it has been a total muck up"
The pick up of the product has not happened yet, i have found this time around it has been a total muck up. and very poor commuication
and lack of information on when the pick up was going to happen.

Thank you so much for the excellent service that you provided. Starting with the lovely lady that came to the house to appraise our requirements, the excellent team of movers that packed up our belongings and the awesome guys who unloaded at the other end. They all did an amazing job and were so helpful and took great care of us and our belongings. Would absolutely recommend your Company and staff to anyone wanting a caring and professional team.
