"Couldn't ask for more"
Great price, great comms, speedy delivery. Couldn't ask for more, especially given how much better value you were over the competition.

This was a great experience for us. Communication about our booking was excellent giving us confidence in the process. Cuz and Bailey were bang on time. We couldn't speak more highly of both of them. Cuz is an awesome person who obviously cares about his work and about making something potentially very stressful and tiring into a comfortable experience for clients. He had a great manner working with Bailey. Both Cuz and Bailey were friendly, professional and took great care with our furniture. We really appreciated their work! You've got great people working for you that represent the company well.

After a slow start them not turning up at the correct time. They soon got moving were given three guys to do the job, at the cost of two. When arriving they worked well as a team, no brakages, respectfull, chatty and proffesional men.

I have found the whole preocess from quoting to delivery one of friendly affordable efficiency. Loved the team of Essie, George and Arnie who were polite cheerful and could not do enough to make the moving process pleasant. Am still unpacking but have found everything has been wrapped with care and so far no issues.
I would love to see those young men with hoist operated trucks to spare their backs when loading and unloading, as could be in for a life time of disability with the repeated strain on their spines. They clearly try to imploy safe lifting principles, but are let down in this with loading and unloading. They are the front men of your team and are worth their weight in gold.

Only comment was that they used a smaller van to do the final leg of the trip and this meant they had to lie the fridge down - Not good for fridges.
