one issue I have, been meaning to email you actually... I was surprised when the driver rang and asked if someone would be there to help unload. I helped him unload and carry a 5.5 cubic m kitchen complete with extremely heavy granite top. I paid what I considered to be a substantial sum, so really shouldnt have had to lift a finger, after all thats why I contracted you guys.... cost me $60 to take time off work also. The driver was professional; happy with him

Lacking care at times regarding traipsing wet muddy feet through the house.

The move was not completed on the day and another time was to be organised to complete this move. I have emailed twice, left a voice message on Deborah Woolford's mobile. I have not received any communication of when the time for the completion of the job is going to be. I have been moving product everyday all day since last monday to get it sorted. So not terribly happy. However, the two guys who came to do the job were fantastic, they tried to get a time booked for me when they were there. They worked really well and did a great job.

Can't say enough really. From dealing with Conroys in Brisbane to receiving our goods last Friday in NZ the entire relocation experience was excellent. Can't fault the entire process.

Great service especially from the delivery team! Darcey and his team was extremely helpful and friendly. They were effective and they know what they are doing. Keep up the good work!
