Pick up wellington did not ring the day before (which they were supposed to do) was and on the day of pick up they rang 30 prior to pick up with the excuse that they overslept.
For drop off our daughter who was at the receiving end of the move had to ring several times for the ETA.
The communication with head office was alwasy very professional and correct.

Great communication. Patient with reminders. Kept up to date on day of delivery. Only area of improvement was the rather casual approach to package delivery that resulted in one of the packages being droppped. It happened to be the carpets so no harm done. There were only 3 packages one was a bit ackward. Instead of doing two trips the delivery guys did it in one which resulted in the dropped package. It made me think they hadn't been trained/instructed property which may not be the case but unfortunately the perception still lingers. It also made me think that they just didn't care enough to make sure the packages arrived safely. Once again this might be perception rather than reality and that I am being overall unfair on the delivery team but I can only pass comment on my observation/experience. Otherwise end to end service was really good and as said above no damages. Hope this is helpful.
This is the second time i used you and wasn't happy with the service in NZ. The NZ Conroys took our items unpacked and put them in the back of the truck so i took photos of my house items before the left the apartment. When the items were delivered today a couple of items were damaged and not repairable but noticed i had a statue missing. I thought there might be a problem because of how they didn't pack the items before going in the truck. There was a list i sent for the quote which included the missing statue. How do i claim insurance for damage and missing goods? The guys that delivered were really good too.

Im still waiting for Peter to confirm what happened to one item of mine box 159 only the blankets in that container were meant to be destroyed but i didn’t receive the container or other contents
Overall service was not bad. I felt that there was a bit of dishonesty around the certainty of when my goods would be collected and delivered which caused a lot of inconvenience for me. I was given set dates and told that was when my things would be collected and delivered, and then once those arrangements had been made I was told that those dates were not definite. My goods were collected a day late with little communication. If I was told from the beginning that the dates are subject to change I would have been fine with the service that was delivered, but because I was given dates I made arrangements to accommadate that which ended up being unnecessary.
We are very satisfied with Conroy's service. Our stuff from NL was delivered by Conroy in Pukekohe. We were kept well informed about the process via the e-mail and received a quick response to our questions.
All boxes were delivered without damage.
The organisation of the move was great from until pick up day. the booking and administration of the move was very easy and I had good customer service from Sue at the local branch. However on pick up day there was a complete lack of communication. I had given very specific instructions of where to pick up the load from. It was to be picked up from a shed (behind a house) on a rural property in Katikati. I had stated to go down the drive past the house to the shed. we were told that it would be picked up around 1pm and my daughter took time off work to go out to meet them. By 2:04 they had not arrived. we finally got a phonecall to say they had been waiting with the truck out on the road, and then had gone to the house to try to get in. They obviously hadn't read the instructions. my daughter was then late back to work and lost pay because of this.
Delivery went well however there has been damage to our furniture. there is a scratch on the couch, the bedhead leg has been broken and the back of a chest of drawers has been damaged. I will be contacting the branch about this.
All in all I wasn't happy with the service we received.
the pick up process was not great.
A job well done by 2 strong lads.
Came a bit late by an hour and a half however things like this happen. Once at the property they were fast, friendly and efficient
