The crew phoned when they were on the way, and they arrived ten minutes early for the booked time. The were well presented in Conroy branded clothing. We also noted that they smelt very good, which is fantastic for guys who do physical work. The guys were very polite and personable. They worked in a methodical fashion and worked extremely well as a team. They took the upmost care of both the furniture and the house as they shifted things. They managed to do this a lot quicker than we were expecting also. They were great communicators, letting us know when they were ready to go to the new house, letting us know when they were having breaks (they only had two 20min breaks). The best way to describe the guys doing the shifting in one word is: professional. They took pride in what they did and did it extremely well. I would definitely recommend Conroy’s to anyone needing to shift.
The team in Tauranga were just delightful and credit to the firm. Communication was great and all staff were very helpful. A few things did not make it in one piece but otherwise service was exceptional.
The chap who moved my furniture from Blenheim, was quick, careful and professional, would use him anytime.
The service provided by Conroys is excellent. The process is easy and the team are friendly and helpful, which is exactly what you need when moving is stressful enough! Thank you :-)

I have used Conroy before and thoroughly recommended them to others but this time it was extremely disappointing. The only positive was the lady who called to the house to give quote. Pleasant and knowledgeable. I had breakages, damage to wooden cabinets, very poor contact and total lack of customer services. Pete the contact I got no response when no one had arrived to pickup after being told it would not be 9.00 am but 11.00. Eventually arrived 12.00
I would like to think I had a bad team and this isn’t the normal Conroys I have experienced in the past but the company needs to know.
Thank you so much for making my move from Australia to New Zealand so much easier. All of the staff was friendly and so efficient.

Seems like $514.25 for a 7 k round trip for two guys and a half hour to load is a bit excessive..
The guys were slightly late due to an unforseen circumstances and apologised immediately. They worked hard and fast and were absolutely amazing. They were funny and joked and made the stressful move a laugh. When we finally got the key for the new house, the guys worked tirelessly again to get us moved in. I would highly recommend Conroys, they made this move so easy it was unbelievable.!
