The move for us to Wellington has been a stress free experience thanks to Conroy, in partricular Catlin in Napier, has been awesome.

Everybody has been just great. Sue is always good for a laugh. Luke was very patient & accomodating. & the guys were just gold, absolutely gold! They were hilarious & so hard working. I honestly couldn't fault them. It was not an easy move but they took it all in their stride & great humour. Excellent example of teamwork. If there was any feedback it would be that the old names on the boxes need to be scrubbed off, we found Steve's underpants in the shed!!!!! Also perhaps owners should take lampshades themselves? Just a thought!

These guys are seriously rough. I thought I was insured for damage, but Conroy's weaseled out of any liability for damaged goods. Be VERY careful to protect your precious property please.

I’m in two minds at the moment.

part of our shipment was meant to be delivered last week and wasn’t complete. Now I’m in limbo and waiting to get some of my possessions

i will only be able to give an incomplete review as I haven’t got all my stuff

susan west has been very polite throughout though

They were very helpful, communication for arranging time and dates was easy and they got here on time. But one of the guys cut his finger while unpacking and left some stains on the carpet. It is very hard to get rid of it and we need to call for a sepcial carpet cleaner. Also, one of the furniture was broken. The part of draw was chipped and draws can't close now. We are very sad about our precious furniture from our old home in Japan was broken and we cannot use it anymore.

Von and team were exceptional - they powered through our move, nothing was a problem, really on to it. Super impressed!

This is the third time we have used Conroy's services to move within New Zealand and have always found the service efficient and reliable. Will use again if necessay. All the staff we have had contact with have provided excellent service. So pleased with service I recommended your company to my daughter who used Conroy's for her move from Auckland to New Plymouth late last year. Thank you.I

Very efficient and friendly service.  Packers and unpackers were friendly and efficient and all email communication with the office was excellent.  All questions were answered promptly and we were kept updated at every stage.  Would definitely recommend.
