First class service from  start  to finish. I will be using Conroys again.

New Plymouth collection. Transport was for a cast iron bath. Truck that turned up did not have a platform tray and trades had to very akwardedly manual handle by tripping onto side and trolley it up a single ramp. They nearly lost it over the side but just managed to steady it.

Auckland end. Organised a Saturday morning delivery and got up really early to ensure areas were clear and tidy for ease of movers access.  After a no show @ 10.30am and no comms i called to be told bath was too heavy for the truck that day and other item did not get loaded either.

 

Reorganized for a Monday morning, had to take time off work.  Delivery was made and as a show of goid will movers relocated three pieces of furniture for me for free. Which was nice of them !

ABSOLUTELY  DREADFUL WITH THINGS DAMAGED AND ROUGHLY PACKED AND STORED AND SOME ITEMS MISSING.

Our move in was a tricky location on napier hill, the team arrived promptly on Saturday morning, went and picked up a van and quickly worked with Plan B for unloading the truck.  Nothing broken or scratched, everything moved with great efficiency and they were a happy bunch of guys in their work.

Hi ! Two delightful, very polite young men arrived on time, Colby and Justice. I had a long list of things needing moving within our home. I expected it to take at least two hours. It took them 55 minutes ! ! ! Including the last item on my list, which was just a Wish List item really, emptying a 3 x 2 metre shed, relocating said shed, then refilling it. I can't speak highly enough of the great service. Your two young men did exactly what I asked, nothing was to much trouble. Regards, Dinis Isabel Davie
