Overall good service and friendly staff, however we found that most of the boxes we put "Fragile" on were damaged on arrival and we had one item that was a gift from South Africa, is now broken. Also, when we arrived everything was delivered except for our couches, this was handled very professionally by your staff and they immediately went back to the warehouse to fetch the couches (big thanks boys)
I highly recommend the Conroy team. Glenn and Scott were very hard-working and professional but also great to deal with on the day. I was confident that they would care for my furniture and other goods as I saw the way they carefully prepared everything prior to packing. They eased the stress of the day with a chat and a laugh and nothing was too much bother for them - a great credit to their firm.
I was perfectly happy with the whole procedure. All the people I dealt with were friendly and polite and nothing was too much trouble. I am hoping not to move again for a long time, but would definitely call Conroy's again if I needed to.
The Conroy's team throughout the move were brilliant, turning what could have been a stress operation into a hassle-free and enjoyable experience. We cannot speak highly enough of their professionalism, courteous and happy expertise and disposition and will have no hesitation in recommending Conroy's to anybody else wanting the best service. The work was too big for only 2 people. The poor movers worked until 7pm, which is not normal
We had a great experience with your business. There were a few things that could help the process form our point of view.
Having additional people to help the packing/drop off with the extra large items. The team managed the move but put them selves under pressure or risk to do so.
We fell that a more transparent volume calculation could help. And perhaps an online portal that can be adjusted by the client. We remove two large items (3 cubic meters) because of unforeseeable reasons and we're not given discounts/credit.
WASTE we hope that all materials from the move are recycled as the wast from unpacking is substantial.

The two young men were very pleasant and professional. New there job and did it well.
Very professional and efficient quotation visit. Loading done with care and precision. Delivery and unloading efficient and ensured nothing was bumped or damaged.
All staff were very personable, friendly and helpful. The lead people on each team were very skilled and gave great confidence to us throughout.
We chose Conroys by reputation and we were certainly not disappointed.
