The only down side to the whole experience is finding quite a few items missing when I finally unpacked all my belongs,especially my Longines watch,which can be replaced,but has special memeories for me as I bought it in Switzerland while on holidays.This cant be replaced
The team in Perth (Vela Ram) etc. Were excellent.
I wish I could say the same about the Tauranga team, but I've been disappointed so far. Communication has been virtually non-existant, still not sure what is happening with the car we brought over which I had to find out via a third party was still in quarantine. Wasn't able to arrange a time for our household goods to be delivered until we resorted to calling everyday until we got an answer. When you arrive in a country, it is important to know when you might expect to be able to move into your house and have a car to get to work!
We also had a few items broken and go missing, which we are in the process of claiming.
In summary, 5 stars on the Perth side, and a solid 1 star for the Tauranga branch.
very pleased on the conroy team of men that shifted us . very helpful and we had no problems.

Our three men were fantastic, obliging, very careful and thoughtful. We would definitely have this team again as we were very impressed with their willingness to accommodate our wishes, and the way they negotiated the steep stairs.
our only complaint was your pricing of boxes and wrapping. It was cheaper to buy new from the warehouse stationery store!!!!
