Great service and excellent, efficient and hard working guys in both NZ and Australia for doing the job. Had Will Clare deliver all our stuff in Tweeds Heads on his own and what a marvellous job he did. Grateful thanks from a couple of elderly Kiwis!

Removalist smoked on our deck. Smoke smell went through house. Should not be smoking on premises. Removalist wore no shirt for majority of move out. Felt uncomfortable and questioned oh&s. Unpackers did not read the box room and tended to put boxes anywhere but the right room. Example, our Bed 3 boxes found in shed. Asked them to put box upstairs x3 and all were left downstairs. Left blankets and tools behind.

Fantastic service. Office staff were extremely helpful, efficient and knowledgeable. Nothing was too much trouble. Goods all arrived on the date they were expected, everything was in perfect condtion.

We had a container in storage for over 6 years and everyone said stuff would be damp, broken and smelly. They were wrong.  All of the delivery men were friendly, efficient, and fully professional.

Very happy with everything including the prompt communication from the office and the professionalism of the truck staff.

Good morning,

On the packing/ pickup end, it would be nice to go a quick check around the house and sign off before the Packers headed off, as some items were missed.
