The Conroy's team throughout the move were brilliant, turning what could have been a stress operation into a hassle-free and enjoyable experience. The work was too big for only 2 people. The poor movers worked until 7pm, which is not normal
We had a great experience with your business. There were a few things that could help the process form our point of view.
Having additional people to help the packing/drop off with the extra large items. The team managed the move but put them selves under pressure or risk to do so.
We fell that a more transparent volume calculation could help. And perhaps an online portal that can be adjusted by the client. We remove two large items (3 cubic meters) because of unforeseeable reasons and we're not given discounts/credit.
WASTE we hope that all materials from the move are recycled as the wast from unpacking is substantial.

The two young men were very pleasant and professional. New there job and did it well.
Packers, storage and delivery personnel were pleasant & efficient. Only comment that I would like to make is whether you are able to improve the short notice re time that the movers were coming & delivering goods. Prompt emailing of receipt/acknowledgement when the full payment for the packing & transit of goods was made would also be appreciated
I was very happy with the service and my goods arrived on time and in good condition.
Wow very impressed. Our delivery was two containers full of very heavy furniture and at least a hundred boxes. It was all handled with great care. And I was so happy that your company came back and picked up the boxes. Great job.
The team were very professional and carried out a good job considering the atrocious weather conditions.
One thing which didn’t go amiss was our letter box had been knocked over and they didn’t bring it to our attention.
Also they have left a load of blankets, a trolley and a hoodie which they can arrange a time to collect by texting or calling me.

I was perfectly happy with the whole procedure. All the people I dealt with were friendly and polite and nothing was too much trouble. I am hoping not to move again for a long time, but would definitely call Conroy's again if I needed to.
