Quick efficient service with friendly sales and removals staff. Only two broken items. Great experience and would recommend Conroy to others!
You guys were great. The two gents that came around to pick up our stuff were very provisional very friendly very real people so thank you to the two that packed 106 George st. The rest of the process was very good too, had the office team contact me to make sure I knew what was happening. I will most definitely use you guys again.
Outstanding service in every way. The team (Glen and Gracie) delivered 2 containers of household effects including heavy furniture to my new house. They took great pains to avoid any damage and were cheerful and friendly throughout. I have not yet had a chance to unpack but I am confident that my effects were well looked after in storage and handled with great care. Thank you. I have no suggestions for improvements to your service which was first class throughout.
We alway use Conroy removals. Our latest move went very smoothly and all personnel we met were helpful and efficient.
From pick up to delivery was great. This is the second time we have used Conroy’s services
I think the communication could be improved - my packer had the wrong schedule, they didn’t communicate that they weren’t delivering the day I’d booked. However the staff had a great attitude and were helpful and the driver to New Plymouth was very helpful delivering excess boxes to my friends around the corner
Have just sent an email to Sue outlining out dis-satisfaction with your service. I had to call you guys at 910am to chase where the truck was. It was suppose to be at our place around 830am - no communication saying it was late. The dispatcher told me they had to off load some gear and shouldn't be far away. Well they didn't appear till just before 10am. Really disappointing. Then to make it worse they simply didn't apply the same urgency and work ethic we saw with another provider in January (taking 3 smoko breaks doesn't help!). Not impressed at all.

Second man late to unload truck on arrival.
Poor service. For the amount of money I paid.
Moving truck was on time, manouvered down tight driveway, checked what was to go as it was a furnished rental property, the two guys worked well together as team, were very courteous, and ensured my furniture, boxes and plants in pots arrived in good order, they checked where things had to go at the other end and were polite and friendly. I thought the truck could have done with a lift so the guys didn't have to carry heavy stuff up a narrow ramp. Communication was good from the office advising me of what time pickup would be and billing was seamless and as quoted
