The three guys who did the pick up in Hastings were brilliant, sorry but I`ve forgotten their names. Nothing was a problem to them and they seemed to work really well as a team. We didnt have any mattress bags so one of the young guys went back to his depot to get some so that our mattresses would arrive safely. The team went above and beyond what we had expected. We gave them a light lunch during the job and some beers to take with them when they had finished, as we were so pleased with what they had done. The packing of our furniture etc into the container was very good as everything that needed blanketing had blankets and everything was well strapped in. The delivery of our container had been scheduled for delivery before Easter however due to some personal issues we needed to reschedule delivery until after Easter and it was very important to us that the revised delivery day happen. The Christchurch Manager seemed hesitant that he could help as his removal commitments and staffing levels might not have allowed him to alter our already confirmed delivery time slot, however he said he`d see what he could do. Well he came back to us in quick time, saying he could make a saturday delivery if that worked for us. That was a perfect outcome! We were so rapped that Conroys (and especially him) were flexible enough to help us out with our sticky situation. Then to cap it all off, the two guys who did the unloading of the container (Glen and Steve) were again brilliant with their unloading and customer service. Nothing was a problem and they were excellent to deal with, so good in fact that we gave them a nice tip each. We hope they realised how pleased we were with their positive attitude and brilliant service. This is the 3rd or 4th time we have used Conroys for national and international shifts and we`ve found that the removal quotes are competitive and customer service excellent. Thanks guys. I was happy with the customer service from Melbourne to NZ. I was informed the whole way, through customs and into NZ. Easily had it stored and then delivered when needed. 

I am disappointed with the amount of our possessions that were damanged - a lot of important furniture that we needed upon arrival to NZ. They were mostly wrapped well (although some could have been wrapped more carefully) but many boxes were not in good condition upon arrival. Our possessions should have been handled more carefully 

Can't fault the service, the guys were helpful ,careful and did a great job. Many thanks for making a stressful time easier.

Thanks to the guys in Auckland and Napier, and extra special thanks for the Napier guys for waiting for our settlement and unloading it all on a Friday arvo. Greatly appreciated!!
