Of clients surveyed said they would recommend Conroy Removals to othersIt would have been helpful if someone had come to see the access at the address I was moving from prior tp the day of moving as the truck used wasn't able to back down the drive as it was too big. The fact that cars were also parked on the road made it impossible for the truck to turn. This meant the truck had to park on the footpath/road and the guys had to walk some distance from the house to the truck which impacted the time it took to complete the job.
I don't know whether i was just one of those customers that was the perfect storm, as you managed to make my relocation from Queenstown to Napier more stressful than it needed to be. The communication i received at every point, after i accepted the quote was super sloppy. I was told that someone would get in touch with me regarding collection time and drop off, this didn't happen i had to call to follow up at every stage. I even had to email you to get sent the invoice. This was all tolerable, but added to the fact that i had 4 items shipped and you managed to damage 3 of them. It seems there was no care taken at all. I don't know how you begin to make this better, but i certainly won't be recomending your services to any one.
Scott and Adam were outstanding in their care of our property from the packing to the unpacking.We had the least damage of any of our last 5 moves. The site of our home we have just moved into presented a wide range of challenges: apart from the standard problems there was the narrow, steep access road and the rough shingle-surfaced drive up to our two-storied house. All these challenges were handled with patience and professionalism. We also found the team to be all pleasant and polite individuals.
Awesome experience, price and packaging around my things. Would recommend to anyone moving.
Great service and help moving from Perth WA. I packed myself and everything was good and arrived safely except 1 picture frame packed by Conroy's, and a couple of ornaments in 2 boxes that had fallen in the container on arrival at chch.the fallen boxes were noticed by the removalist that delivered to Blackball. Overall very impressed with the service.
Moves both went well, furniture was stored and arrived in excellent condition. The men who did the move were excellent.

Engaging Conroy Removals on an hourly basis was a very satisfying experience. Two good strong men put in a really good effort being highly productive while taking good care of the furniture. Good communication with the client during the exercise so couldn't expect anything better. Appreciate the hard work on my behalf.

Good people to deal with - friendly and helpful. Some of the packing was a bit random such as items from different rooms mixed together and not clearly labeled. Biggest dissappointment was one end of the entertainment unit was completely broken off. The broken pieces were blanket wrapped and no mention of it was made. The damaged was discovered when unloading.
