We might use your services again and there wasn’t facility for that on your survey. We might recommend you to others - but we would do that with cautionary advice - and there is no option for that in your survey. Overall, our delivery was not great.
Ours was not an easy delivery. Heavy kitchen units had to be carried up 2 small flights of stairs, and this was an obvious struggle. To give staff credit, they did not complain.
On the day of our delivery there was a storm and our kitchen was delivered in that weather. I was really concerned about potential damage to the kitchen (an expensive German kitchen), and asked the Senior driver if we should stop delivery and he said no. No drop cloth was put down for muddy boots on our new carpet. No detailed consignment note detailed the number of boxes we should be expecting. One cabinet had the back coming away and the driver didn’t give a stuff, telling me it was an easy fix. Water on Open ends of boxes appeared to be leaving marks. When the kitchen boxes are opened on June 17th, and if there is permanent damage or bits missing, please have your insurance ready.
I have used Conroys Removal previously 8 years ago when I moved within Tauranga and they were fantastic! This move was from Tauranga to Te Puke and to give the positives, the guy who was in charge was fantastic to deal with and followed my instructions which was great. But 
Sadly I have to share some negative feedback also based on the following:
1. booked time was meant to be in the morning, then called the day before the move and told that they would be at my house by 12 noon. They arrived at 1:30. We moved a few extra car loads just to try to get out in time.
2. There were 2 items which were broken - the handle on the chilly bin which I borrowed from my family. and a lamp which I didn't box up so they could see what it was - looks like it was dropped, it will be too expensive to fix so I might as well throw it out.
Hi got a chance to re-loacte my household from Hastings to Christchurch. Not only that I got a fairly competitive price, I was very pleased with the service I received from Nathan (Napier branch) and the awesome band of drivers-helpers who visited my house for loading. Even though the weather was horrible that day, but these boys were on their toes with no breaking from their work. A bunch of great people, very professional and very responsive. Highly recommended to my friends and family whenever needed.
The two removal people were so helpful and went out of their way to help our client move into their new home. Will be using your company again. Thank you so much.

This one of our best moves, (and we have moved many times!) the guys that arrived to move us were a great bunch very polite listened to all directions, (did not go and throw furniture any where that suited them) we had no breakages or scratched furniture. We would recommend Conroys to all as it was on of the most stress free moves we have had.

I filled in all the confirmation forms and was of the understanding that collection and delivery would be on the same day. Not only was this not picked up on or discussed prior, but our posessions were stored in a truck which was not water tight and our leather couch now has water damage along with many of the boxes. The movers can confirm this as they placed one of the leather cushions in the sun by the window to dry it out. The movers themselves were really lovely guys and in no way do we have complaints about them, however no communication around our things being stored somewhere overnight (when I've confirmed multiple times) along with our posessions turning up wet is so bad. You were more expensive and we chose you thinking you would look after our belongings. I have pictures if you would like to see, the leather sofa is stained, I can not get the water marks out.
I used this company in 2016 from Sydney to Auckland and thanks again to the whole NZ Team for making my outbound departure for this time, a stress free process, the two guys packing were excellent and took good care through to the end. To this point I await delivery in Sydney as I held the items short term till the property was available, there has been a little back and forth here to clarify delvery, points of access etc however we hope this will be problem free on delivery day next week, thanks once again
