Everything was dropped off at new property in the correct rooms and we were able to sleep there on the first night.

After trying to reschedule the delivery day, no one contacted us to confirm, then 3 guys turned up on our doorstep when we didn't know they were coming. It was lucky we were even home! Some of our furniture was damaged with careless moving. The moving team were friendly though, and did a reasonable job.

The removal men were excellent but the packers were not so good, who packs living plants in plant pots for storage?

Easy hassle free movers, communication at all stages was terrific highly recommend
Movers arrived late and needed a rest before loading. Loading was ok but if i write on the top a box I expect the box to be packed with this at the top, had a few breakages, one was a plate from my Mum, no great money value but a lot of memories related to it. Movers took 3 and a half hours to get to Auckland from Hamilton, said they had a sleep?
Hence they finished unpacking in the dark. There were two movers but one did ,most of the lifting and carrying, pretty hard on him and he a very tired and a bit cross by the time he was finished.
Trucks with a ramp would also help your drivers.
