The one thing that let me down was the fact that I was promised in writing (email) that my household contents would be uplifted first thing in the morning on the day it was booked. I had arranged this as I had to then finish cleaning and drive from Hawkes Bay to Wellington.
A message was left in my phone at the end of the working day stating the movers were doing another job and would get to me at mid day. I was not able to make contact with anyone and this meant I had to arrange to stay over another night in an empty house.
Dedicated, cheerful, careful, upfront and transparent, a pleasure to deal with the team here in Christchurch - special mention for Derek Purver, Mark Carter. These guys each deserve a knighthood!
Picked up on time and delivered on time. Thanks for your service!
Two of my boxes were missing but now have been located and are due to arrive in Nelson in the Next few days.l would to give credit to the driver who deliver my boxes he was most helpful and ever so polite

Everyone we dealt with through Conroy's was professional, polite and very supportive in what can certainly be a very stressful time. Having now used Conroys for our overseas move, and with everything running so smoothly, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend their services - the reassurance knowing 'all will be well' is priceless. Excellent service from start to finish. The sales person was able to answer all my questions, the removal team in Wellington were very thorough, efficient, helpful and friendly, and the delivery team in Melbourne were super friendly too. Thanks very much!
Was pleasantly surprised with how informed I had been throughout the entire experience, all the email updates on the shipment were great to know where everything was. Also happy with how fast our shipment arrived in New Zealand. Will be recommending your company to anyone thinking of doing the same as we have!!!
