My experience with your company has been dreadful. My furniture has been scratched, dented and torn. The removal men never put anything back together eg legs on beds or lounge suites. I had to ask for the washing machine to be put in place as they were going to leave it in the middle of the floor! One of the men inparticular was very rude. Very bad sevice. I am in the proces of making a claim for damages, even this sems to be becoming a problem!

The service was excellent the team arrived on time and packed the goods well
Where the service is disappointing was there was no notification the goods arrived in Auckland safely
we eventually found out the goods did arrive at their destination OK
Furniture damaged
We were more than happy with the service provided by Conroy. The staff were very friendly although the they took a ladder that specifically asked not to go. That wasn't a biggy. It saved me doing jobs that needed doing when the house was empty. Overall everyone was great. W ould have no hesitation recommending too others or using Conroys again should the occassion arrive.

Communication from office could be improved, felt that it was quite disjointed.
The three men who came to complete the actual move were fantastic! Polite, friendly and helpful - they are an absolute asset to your team and were a pleasure to work with.
