Conroy where absolutely amazing. Very fast at getting back to us , with a quote. They didn’t break anything, except for a orchid ( will grow back ) . Have used you guys before and will definitely use Conroy again . Thank you.
I was really impressed with the two men. They were on time, friendly and got in and did what they needed too. The unpacking was about rough and unfortunately my leather couch took the brunt of it. The leather is scuffed and torn in a small patch which would have been avoided if they took care coming up the steps into the house.
So that is disappointing for me but otherwise they did a good job
They guys were very professional, I was worried what sort of guys would be rocking up, but the team were very careful and considerate and pleasant to have around - thanks so much!

Excellent service and the men were most helpful. There is an accidental dent in a wall which will have to be fixed.
Communication from office could be improved, felt that it was quite disjointed.

Bad service broken goods no offer of any thing towards repairs and was broken before it left ther warehouse

I haven't unpacked yet but the customer service and the team that helped upload at my new home have been amazing. Very kind, efficient, polite and professional. I did have a few queries on the invoicing as i wasn't getting automated email and i was sent two invoices in error for incorrect amounts however so easily resolved with a call. Pleasant to deal with.
